1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item was purchased directly from www.purvique.in
- The return is requested within [7/14/30] days of delivery
- The item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Contact us within the return window, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
- Include photos and your order number
- We will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
