At Purvique, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item was purchased directly from www.purvique.in
  • The return is requested within [7/14/30] days of delivery
  • The item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Contact us within the return window, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • Include photos and your order number
  • We will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at purvique@gmail.com
